to register the user and to implement an information
service for the said user. All the data shall
be electronically processed, in compliance with
current laws; the said data may be notified
to parties empowered to operate the above mentioned
service and disclosed exclusively in the framework
of the purposes of the service provided; the
interested party has the rights as set forth
