Project requirements:
• development of a heat exchanger made with a very   high termally conductive thermoplastic removing the 3   high power LEDs' heat;
• required thermal conductivity: > 10 W/mK;
• management of a product for the environmental   protection;
• the design of the heat sink had to fit the project of   the lamp;
• good resistance to casual impacts.

• Excellent fatigue resistance;
• Very high dimensional stability;
